I wish to help you gain the incredibly wonderful
Knowledge and insight of enlightenment into
The Law of Karma
This Law governs human life
It is very important to understand properly
Like your life streaming before your eyes, and the CLAP of THunDER
That captures your attention to wake you up and then gently rolls away as you awaken
taking with it your sorrows.
Once you understand the essential purpose of Karma,
All confusion is removed and replaced with JOY!
The purpose of Karma
(The Universal Law of Cause and Effect)
Is not to punish you it is only to awaken you to the reality that you are here
” For a higher purpose “
To surrender to God the Infinite Creator
And His Grace to learn to live moment to moment in the full awareness of His infinite gifts, blessings
And Un ~ conditional LOVE /* Un ~ conditional Forgiveness
Is sometimes interpreted as a punishment
Yet this is so very far from the reality of the truth
At times, you may feel as if you are being punished without knowing
” The reason for it “
If you have done something, wrong in this life or if you believe in past lives in some past life in ignorance why you should be punished today, for that action?
How do you know the reason for the plight that you are going through today? You may not be able to correlate the agony you are going through without full knowledge of,
The Law of Karma
You do not understand when or where you made this mistake possibly in some unknown past life or even perhaps your current life. This has always remained a puzzle to most everyone.
It has also created a Karma-phobia in the minds of those who know of Karma only superficially without realizing or understanding its vastly deeper blessings once understood thoroughly.
How, you may ask could the universe with all of its infinite intelligence and joy of continual creation function by a law, which is so heartless? But the laws of Nature are for the” celebration” of all creation. It is not and cannot be ruthless.
The Universe is absolute joy a perennial celebration of our Infinite Creators joy, as he loves us unconditionally.
How could the Law of Karma operate against the nature of universal love for beauty, balance and harmony?
Do not misunderstand Karma as being only being negative or only punishment. Karma is not only the difficult incidents of life such as emotional and physical afflictions. If you do well and experience happiness this is also Karma as well. When you cry for those who suffer and do what little you can you have added to your balance of positive and good Karma.
If you are enjoying even a moment’s pleasure however transient, that is a withdrawal from the account of your good Karma.
It is simply nothing more or less than ” Cause and effect “
A chain of actions and reactions manifesting in its own spontaneity, this for that, you must understand it.
Every good thought or small good action brings with it the blessings of the Karma of happiness / Joy! The seed of good Karma will bear fruits that ripen into joy and success in life when you bring joy and peace in another person’s life.
Do not forget you are clearing a Karmic debt to that person who has done something good for you at some time in the past. The bodies have changed through rebirth but the Soul has not changed it is
” Eternal “
The Soul is omniscient
It can recollect its past through its own state of pure consciousness. It always attracts those Souls with which it has to work to evolve further in order to move along its path of Self-Discovery.
Is the stairwell that must be climbed to the peak of human Excellence, It is not only bondage; It is the pathway to the ultimate freedom of unity with your Beloved soul.
You search only when you are missing something.
Your search is your ” Karma “
When you find your way home the searching ends and Karma Begins with you and ends in the union of you with your Beloved. There is nothing to fear in Karma. Are you afraid of the stairs to your home?
Of course not!
When you use the stairs, you feel their utility but; do you remember the stairs when you have reached the door? Your Karmic stairs are there for you to reach your home your true Home within and when you do finally reach your Home within you will no longer need those stairs.
They will effortlessly drop away
Is only an educator a True Friend
It brings out of our past the most painful and the most thrilling experiences of life. It gives you misery and happiness. Remember that happiness is also a part of Karma It, too, has no more of a reality than pain does.
If it was a reality, it could not be so temporal
Who can hold happiness forever?
From happiness and the greed for more happiness come the consequences of” Misery “. Can Nature allow you to hold on to a shadow and think it is the reality? No
Karma is the instrument of Nature that gradually awakens in us the hunger for the reality of Life and living. Therefore, Karma Is not punitive. In Nature, there is no deliberate punishment or reward. There are only manifestations of the energy operating at diverse levels
Karma Is only for our education
It is like the Compassionate Teacher who reminds you to read the lesson and come prepared for the test.
Ultimately, the experience of Karma reminds us there is nothing your Soul does not already know. The veil of the physical body and mind puts you into a state of temporary forgetfulness.
Karma is the reminder. As you, become more and more aware of the role of this teacher Karma. You become an obedient student with earnestness to learn and excel.
The past presents its fruits of happiness and sorrow success and failures, Praises and insults, but you have become aware of their unreality.
You do not identify yourself with either
You allow them to pass over the screen of your mind and over the physical body. Rooted in the realm of inner Spirit which is unaffected by such superficial projections you are on your way burning the old not creating the fresh moving toward a state beyond the bonds of Karma.
This is the state of Yoga the goal of meditation the peak of spiritual illumination. Karma Thus becomes your guru guiding you toward your own kingdom of peace beyond dualism. Remember Life is an arduous, daunting journey but God does not send us to this earth alone.
Karma as the most compassionate teacher will continuously work in your heart until you have reached the pinnacle of spiritual experience the realization of
“Who am I?”
Remember that when you leave this Earth you can take nothing with you that you have received only that which you have given a full beautiful rich heart like an open Lotus bud. Enriched with freely given open honest service to humanity
LOVE / SACRIFICE AND COURAGE
Remember also Karma
Are the thunder and lightning striking your consciousness and awakening you then the gentle falling rain like your tears of the living waters that wash your Karma Clean.
I leave you now in the most wonderful of Love and Light of our Infinite Creators WISdOM. In all humility, I honor you, Tony Gray’Owl your humble servant of Enlightenment. Look closely into my mind, my heart this is my focused intent to lead you gently to the center of self and softly touch your heart as no other ever has.
To spark the flame of your love and rekindle it into the roaring flames of my passion. To once again show you the way in which to let your light shine out into the darkness of a life once lost now found and now to know how to illuminate this pathway to others that will cross the trail of your life.
Together we shall shine like the sun in a pale moon lit sky as if the moon were to kiss the sun to light the darkness of life and soon all others shall be drawn to our light like a moth to the flames of this candle we have set upon The window sill of our soul
Karma, now perhaps more clearly understood brings us;
to Buddha and the essence of understanding our personal happiness
The Three Jewels of Buddhism are
Buddha is, of course, the Enlightened One whom first showed others the path of enlightenment to happiness.
It is the collective term for the teachings of Buddhism.
Sangha is the community of Buddhists around the world
One becomes a Buddhist By taking refuge in the Three Jewels. This normally is performed at a special ceremony at a Buddhist Temple and that is the recommended path but one can, if in total sincerity may become a Buddhist at any time.
Simply by reciting, the following statements three times.
I take refuge in the Buddha
The one who shows me the way in this life
I take refuge in the Dharma
The way of understanding and of love
I take refuge in the Sangha
The community that lives in harmony and awareness
Buddha is the teacher showing the way
The perfectly awakened one beautifully seated peaceful and smiling seemingly laughing he is so happy
The living source of understanding and compassion
Dharma is the clear path leading us out of ignorance
Bringing us back to an awakened life
Sangha is the beautiful community
That practices joy-realizing liberation bringing peace and happiness to life.

I leave you now in the lOve and Light of our Divine Infinite Creator
Only our Creator himself may love you more than I do in all humility, I simply offer you the free will to choose the way that seems to lead you to your own truth and so it is.
Someday, I will find this peace of mind. No one knows where we are bound and the tears I shed are for you. Someday as I spread my wings I will be loved as I love beyond this nightmare come true, is this you? On the other hand, is it just me dreaming, again I have my hopes will you comfort me?
Is this your precious gift to bring one-day peace of mind to my heart so broken shattered in my dreams of how it can be? If I but were merely loved the way . . . I, love. Adonai . . . Tony Gray’Owl, we move now into consciousness, which one aspect is Known and taught as . . .
Kundalini is a psycho-spiritual energy
The energy of the consciousness
Which is thought to reside within the sleeping body and is aroused either through spiritual discipline
or spontaneously to bring new states of consciousness,
Including mystical illumination
Kundalini is Sanskrit for
“Snake” or “serpent power”
So-called because it is believed to lie like a serpent in the root chakra, at the base of the spine.
In Tantra Yoga, kundalini is an aspect of Shakti
The divine female energy and consort of Shiva
(See also Tantrism)
The power of kundalini is said to be enormous
Those having experienced it claim it to be indescribable
The phenomena associated with it varies from bizarre physical sensations and movements pain, clairaudience, visions, brilliant lights, super lucidity, psychical powers, ecstasy, bliss, and transcendence of self.
Kundalini has been described as liquid fire and liquid light
Indian yoga, with its emphasis on the transmutation of energy to higher consciousness was the chief contributor to the cultivation of kundalini and the preservation of its knowledge prior to our present times.
Kundalini was a rarity in the West before the 1970s until more attention became centered upon the consciousness. In 1932, for example, Psychiatrist Carl G. Jung and others observed that the kundalini experience was seldom seen in the West. However, an examination of mystical literature and traditions showed that kundalini called by various names seems to have been a universal phenomenon in esoteric teachings for perhaps Three thousand years.
Kundalini-type descriptions or experiences are found in esoteric teachings of the Egyptians, Tibetans, Chinese, some Native Americans, and the Kung Bushmen of Africa
Kundalini has been interpreted from the Bible as “The solar principle in man“ And is referenced in the Koran, the works of Plato and other Greek philosophers, alchemical tracts (The philosopher’s stone). And in Hermetic, Kabalistic, Rosicrucian, and Masonic writings
There has been an awakening of kundalini knowledge among the Western populations since the 1970s because of two major reasons: more people who are trained in the spiritual disciplines are likely to release the energy and the increased numbers of people that are aware of kundalini are more likely to recognize its symptoms or benefits.
Not all kundalini experiences are identical to those classical awakenings experienced in yoga, but may vary in intensity and duration. Typically the yogi meditates to arouse the kundalini and then to raise it through his or her body. It should be remembered though not all types of yoga are devoted to the arousal of kundalini.
First, the yogi feels the sensation of heat at the base of the spine, which may be intensely hot or pleasantly warm. The energy then travels up a psychic pathway parallel to the spinal column. The sushumna is the central axis crisscrossed in a helix by the Ida and pingala, as it rises, the kundalini activates the chakras in succession.
The body becomes cold and corpse-like as the kundalini leaves the lower portions and begins to rise. The yogi is likely to shudder, tremble, or rock violently feel extreme heat and cold hear strange but not unpleasant sounds and see various kinds of lights including an inner light.
The length of the kundalini may be fleeting or last several minutes. The objective is to raise the kundalini to the crown chakra where it unites with the Shiva or the male polarity and brings illumination.
The yogi then attempts to lower the energy to another chakra but not below the heart chakra because descent to lower chakras is thought to produce ego inflation rampant sexual desire, and a host of other ills.
By repeatedly raising the kundalini to the crown the yogi can succeed in having the energy permanently stay there. It is said that kundalini opens new pathways in the nervous system; the pain associated with this apparently is due to the nervous system’s inability to immediately cope with the energy.
Yogis assert that the body must be properly attuned for kundalini through yoga and that a premature or explosive awakening can cause insanity or death. Other individuals, it has been determined by Western psychologists and psychiatrists have experienced kundalini awakenings but not the explosive kind. One notable characteristic of these lesser awakenings is that the individual thinks acts, and feels remarkably different.
Symptoms may involve involuntary and spasmodic body movements and postures pain abnormal breathing patterns paralysis tickling and or itching vibrating sensations hot and cold sensations inner sounds, such as roaring, whistling, and chirping insomnia hypersensitivity to environment unusual or extremes of emotions intensified sex drive distortion of thought processes detachment disassociation sensations of physical expansion and out-of-body experiences (OBEs). Generally, the elimination of such symptoms can be brought about by a heavier diet and temporary cessation of meditation.
The phenomena of these lesser kundalini awakenings seem to indicate that the definition may have to be expanded from that of the coiled serpent of yoga.
Such experienced awakenings are difficult to definitely define though because scientific research of kundalini energy is still in its embryonic stages little is known of the energy’s nonphysical nature and many of its symptoms are similar to those associated with mental disturbances And stress.
One of the most dramatic instances of classic kundalini awakening was experienced by Gopi Krishna (1903-1984), of India who meditated for three hours every morning over seventeen years.
On Christmas Day, 1937, he had his explosive awakening with kundalini pouring up his spine. By his personal account, he rocked out of his body and enveloped in a halo of light. His consciousness expanded in every direction and a vision of luster unfolded before him he was like a small cork bobbing on a vast ocean of consciousness.
This extraordinary experienced occurred once again and then Krishna was plunged into twelve years of misery during which he experienced the indescribable ecstasies of the mystics… and the agonies of the mentally afflicted.
Following twelve years his body apparently adapted to the new energy and stabilized but he was permanently changed. Everything in his vision was bathed in a silvery light. He heard an inner cadence called the “unstuck melody” in kundalini literature.
Eventually he could experience bliss just by turning his attention inward He became, as he said “A pool of consciousness always aglow with light”. His creativity soared allowing him to write poetry and nonfiction books.
Krishna devotedly spent most of the remainder of his life learning the secrets of kundalini. He considered it “The most jealously guarded secret in history” and “the guardian of human evolution”. To him it was the driving force behind genius and inspiration.
He also thought within the brain is the blueprint to evolve humankind to a higher consciousness one that makes use of kundalini. Two, he believed kundalini could improve the health of humankind with its ability to regenerate and restore the body to lengthen life and eradicate such conditions as mental retardation.
Krishna made every effort to increase the cultivation of kundalini in the West.
Many researchers followed him but some disagreed with the importance that he gave kundalini.
In a small effort to enlighten all of humanity to our most wonderful abilities and possibilities if one simply believes, here is a meditation to practice raising your Kundalini
Kundalini is most often awakened through Yoga meditation
Which include Mantra Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Laya Yoga or Kriya Yoga. I have prepared a meditation to help you on your path should Yoga not be available to you.
To prepare for this meditation you might want to tape record the words on this page to listen too as you move through the meditation. Please speak slowly and softly
Allow lots of time for the meditation, as you will need to relax when you are finished.
You may want to listen to music or be in a quiet place or be in nature
Find a quiet place … free of distractions
Adjust the lighting and room temperature
Adjust clothing . . . footwear . . . eyeglasses
Sit down or lie down
Find a position that is comfortable for you
Quiet your mind . . . Still your thoughts
Relax your body
Your face . . . your jaw . . . relaxing
Your shoulders . . . your neck . . . relaxed
Your arms . . . your hands . . . feel at peace
Your torso . . . your hips . . . letting go
Your legs . . . your feet . . . totally relaxed
Focus on your breathing
Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose
Retain the breath as long as is comfortable
Exhale through the mouth slowly and completely
Repeat for two more breaths . . . or as is comfortable
Now focus your attention on your chakras
Starting from the top of your head visualize your crown chakra opening
Watch as pure white light enters your crown chakra and slowly spirals down through your spine
The white light opens your third eye chakra
You may experience vibrant colors especially in blue, and violet . . .
The white light moves down to your throat chakra releasing your blockages
You may feel like chanting or singing
Allow the tones to resonant from your throat
Do this as long as is comfortable . . .
The white light now enters your heart chakra
You experience a feeling of unconditional love and compassion
The white light enters your solar plexus
Gently your fears – anger – tensions are released
See the white light enter your spleen chakra releasing pain and guilt linked to that chakra
The white light now enters your Root Chakra the seat of your kundalini energy
As it does, it begins to activate the energy of the base (root) chakra
Feel the energy suddenly emerge from your Root Chakra,
Spiraling up through the base of your spine as if it were a coiled snake
The coiled snake represents the spiraling DNA opening, activating, bringing you to higher levels of consciousness
Allow the energy to flow through your chakras
See the energy wheels rotating
When you are ready, return your consciousness to your physical body.
Relax and balance your energies you might want to drink some water.
I leave you now in the Love and the Light of the Infinite Creator
